There are many ways to become wealthy today . . .

It wasn’t easy, as it seemed every brainstorm brought with it commensurate hurricane winds that swept away any possible chance for a fresh approach. Sure, there is big money to MAKE from both direct mail and space - and I’ve made boodles of it - but my concern was that of being able to also pare down the intractable costs so that I might hang onto a few more of those dollars for myself.
At last, I devised THE marketing plan of the Century. At least, on paper. Next, I had to experiment with it. Test. Refine. Hone and polish. Went back to ye olde drawing board more than a few times. Spent a whale of a lot of bux. But guess what: Eventually, by golly:

Not bad, but do you know how to get the cost of that $25,000 ad cut in half? (No, we’re not talking about the usual 15%/2% discount you can realize by setting up your own agency. That’s pretty basic stuff. Nor are we referring to frequency rates. All that is just additional gravy.)

In general, is free publicity worth the effort - or a veritable waste of time? If you answer yes - what’s the very best way to get REAL publicity?
What about free samples?
Your product retails for $20.00. What is the maximum per unit cost to ensure a constant flow of net profits?
50¢ $2.00 $5.00 $10.00 $14.50
. . . and, are you certain of a source that will give you the absolute lowest cost for your product? CAUTION: If you are paying even 10 cents too much, you’ll throw away a tidy ten grand every time you stock up on another 100K!
If you have a strictly limited budget - which is better to start with: Direct mail . . . classified or space advertising? Can you truly justify your answer? Well . . . ? Listen: If you foul up on THAT question - you could ‘lose the farm!’
A couple years back, a major international company (literally, a ‘household word’) approached ME with this proposition: They would pay me $10.00 (not a misprint: That’s ten dollars) for EACH prospect that I provided for their product.
That is for just a PROSPECT, mind you - NOT an actual buyer! At the time, I had over one million potential prospects on file. Do you know how that sweet little deal works? Think! We’re talking about a ten million bux potential here!
A FEW FAST QUESTIONS - EACH WORTH MEGA-BUX!
In what 4-color ’supermarket’ tabloid - replete with garish celebrity gossip, pictures, etc. - just like the National Enquirer - can YOU have a full page display ad (11 1/2″ X 12 1/2″) for less than five hundred dollars - instead of the several THOUSAND dollars others pay?
If you fail on just that one question, spend the wrong money on the wrong ad - you may flush away upwards of twenty grand!
